摘　　要：围绕卷线电缆使用的托线盘进行了研究。根据机械结构设计基础,设计空心卷线托架盘的结构。该托盘只需要4步(按下手动转轴、转动手动转轴托架张开、根据卷线宽度抽出中间托架、拉出内托架旋转90°)就能完成空心卷线的更换挂盘,在使用效率、便捷性方面效果显著。A study was carried out around the bobbin used for spooling cables.The structure of the hollow coiled wire tray is designed according to the basis of mechanical structure design.The tray requires only four steps(pressing the manual pivot,turning the manual pivot bracket to open,pulling out the middle bracket according to the width of the coiled cable,and pulling out the inner bracket to rotate 90°)to complete the replacement of the hanging tray for hollow coiled cable,which is remarkable in terms of efficiency and convenience of use.
