摘 要:针对大卷碳纤维纱线在卷绕到小纱管的过程中所出现的绕纱不均匀、绕纱过程中毛羽量大、绕纱效率低以及绕线工作量大等问题,提出了一种全自动碳纤维纱线绕线方案。其采用张力机构给纱线提供一定的张力,采用送纱往复机构和卷绕机构相互配合,将碳纤维纱线均匀地卷绕在小纱管上,最后控制系统确保设备全自动运行。该方案极大地减少了碳纤维在卷绕过程中的磨损,并且大大提高了绕纱效率,降低了工人劳动强度。In this paper,a fully automatic carbon fiber yarn winding scheme is proposed in view of the uneven winding of large carbon fiber yarn,the large amount of hairiness in the process of winding,the low winding efficiency and the large winding workload.First,the tension mechanism is used to provide a certain tension to the yarn,and then the yarn feeding reciprocating mechanism and the winding mechanism are used to cooperate with each other to evenly wind the carbon fiber yarn on the small yarn tube,and finally the control system ensures the automatic operation of the equipment.This scheme greatly reduces the wear of carbon fiber in the winding process,and greatly improves the winding efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
