摘  要:分析了磁悬浮托辊的结构,同时阐述了该结构的工作原理,并针对磁悬浮托辊的永磁轴承相关设计工作做了重点研究。为了验证该设计的实际情况,在磁悬浮托辊工作特性的基础上,进行了关于承载特性的实验,得出所研究的磁悬浮托辊在承载特性方面能够满足工作要求。The structure of the magnetic suspension idler is analyzed,and the working principle of the structure is also described.On the basis of the above theoretical research,this paper makes a key research on the design of the permanent magnetic bearing of the magnetic suspension idler.In order to verify the actual situation of the design,on the basis of the working characteristics of the magnetic suspension idler,experiments on the bearing characteristics are carried out,and the bearing characteristics of the magnetic suspension idler studied are obtained,Able to meet the work requirements.
