摘 要:针对某煤炭企业服役采煤机销排使用现状,借助ANSYS Workbench有限元仿真分析软件,开展了采煤机行走部销排强度分析,包括三维建模、材料属性设置、网格划分、约束载荷施加、仿真分析及后处理工作。结果表明,销排销齿与销排体连接的位置存在较为明显的应力集中情况,有必要进行强度优化,以适应更加繁重的采掘工作要求,之后提出了销排结构优化的策略,以期为采煤机销排的设计优化工作提供参考。In view of the use status of shearer pin in service in a coal enterprise,with the aid of ANSYS workbench finite element simulation analysis software,the strength analysis of shearer pin in traveling part was carried out,including 3D modeling,material attribute setting,mesh generation,constraint load application,simulation analysis and post-processing.The results show that there is an obvious stress concentration at the position where the pin teeth and pin body are connected.It is necessary to optimize the strength to meet the requirements of more heavy mining work.After that,the optimization strategy of the pin bar structure is proposed to provide reference for the design optimization of the shearer pin bar.
