摘 要:针对目前矿井通风系统运行故障率高、稳定性差、检修周期长的问题,提出了一种新的矿井通风机运行稳定性监测体系。在对通风机常见故障类型进行总结分析的基础上,合理确定了通风机运行稳定性监测参数和布局,利用模糊判断逻辑实现对风机运行状态的连续监测。根据实际应用表明,新的矿井通风机运行稳定性监测体系能够将风机故障率降低88.4%,将风机检修周期降低78.2%,显著提升了风机运行的稳定性和可靠性。Aiming at the shortcomings of the current mine ventilation system with high failure rate,poor stability and long maintenance cycle,a new monitoring system for mine ventilator operation stability is proposed.Based on the summary and analysis of common failure types of ventilators,the parameters and layout of ventilator operation stability monitoring are reasonably determined,and the fuzzy judgment logic is used to realize continuous monitoring of fan operation status.According to the practical application,the new stability monitoring system for mine ventilation fan operation can reduce the fan failure rate by 88.4%and reduce the fan maintenance cycle by 78.2%,which significantly improves the stability and reliability of fan operation.
