摘 要:为提高矿井提升机的效率即安全性能,降低提升机使用过程中断绳、过卷等安全事故的发生,设计优化了一种矿井提升机的恒减速控制系统,并将优化的矿井提升机运用到某大型煤矿中进行试验。试验显示,优化后的矿井提升机能够在5 s内减速至0,提升效率提高15%,矿井提升机制动稳定、波动较小,满足矿井工作要求。In order to improve the efficiency of mine hoist,i.e.safety performance,and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents such as rope breakage and overcoiling during the use of mine hoist,a constant deceleration control system for mine hoist was designed and optimized,and the optimized mine hoist was applied to a large coal mine for testing.The test showed that the optimised mine hoist was able to complete the deceleration to 0 within 5 s.The hoisting efficiency was increased by 15%,and the mine hoist had stable braking and less fluctuation,which met the working requirements of the mine.
