摘　　要：针对煤矿综采作业开展阶段,刮板输送机机身链轮组件可能出现的各类故障,对主要的故障问题和原因进行分析,并提出链轮的寿命延长技术改造措施。通过技术应用和有效管理,为刮板输送机的良性运行奠定基础。Aiming at the various types of failures that may occur in the body sprocket assembly of the scraper conveyor during the development stage of comprehensive mining operations in coal mines, the main failure problems and causes are analyzed, and technical transformation measures for the life extension of the sprocket are proposed, so as to lay the foundation for the benign operation of the scraper conveyor through technical application and effective management.
