单井增压开采技术在煤层气开采中的应用

摘  要:在信息时代的不断发展下,煤层气的开采技术得到了优化与广泛应用,结合目前很多企业应用的单井增压开采技术而言,其可以有效提高煤层气井开采后期的煤层产量和效率,有着较高的应用价值。在技术应用中,可以通过螺杆压缩机配合变频电动机组合的方式实现井口套管压力的降低,而且该组合方式还有着性能稳定和运行工况范围广的特点,可以实现单井煤层产气量的大幅度提高。基于此,具体分析了螺旋压缩机机组在煤层气开采中的应用,为相关企业的开采工作提供理论参考。With the continuous development of the information age,coalbed methane mining technology has been optimized and widely used.Combined with the single well pressurization mining technology currently applied by many enterprises,it can effectively improve the coal seam production and efficiency at the later stage of coalbed methane well mining,and has a high application value.In the application of this technology,the wellhead casing pressure can be reduced by means of a screw compressor combined with a variable frequency motor,and the combination has the characteristics of stable performance and a wide range of operating conditions,which can achieve a significant increase in the production of gas from the coal seam in a single well.Based on this,the application of screw compressor units in CBM mining is specifically analysed to provide theoretical reference for the mining work of relevant enterprises.
