摘 要:由于间歇井的开关井生产需要大量的人工巡井,无法保证开井时率,且采收率较低。通过开展气井自动间歇装置的应用研究,评价了自动间歇装置的实用性和经济性,可以实现远程自动间歇开关井、实时监测井口油套压、稳压外输和高压保护等功能,通过判断上下游油差形成最优间歇生产模式,提高了单井产气量,大幅减少了人工巡井工作量,为低压低产井提供了一种高效的增产措施。As the production of switching wells in intermittent wells requires a large amount of manual work to carry out well inspection,the opening hourly rate cannot be guaranteed and the recovery rate is low.By carrying out research on the application of automatic intermittent device for gas wells,the practicality and economy of the automatic intermittent device were evaluated,which can realize the functions of remote automatic intermittent well switch-on and switch-off,real-time monitoring of wellhead oil sleeve pressure,stable pressure outflow and high pressure protection,etc.The optimal intermittent production mode is formed by judging the upstream and downstream oil difference,which improves the gas production per well,significantly reduces the workload of manual well inspection,and provides an efficient It provides an efficient method to increase production in low-pressure low-production wells.
