刮板输送机液压紧链装置研究

摘　　要：刮板输送机在使用过程中受现场条件、负载以及采面推进速度等因素制约,刮板链容易出现断链或者卡链等故障,故障修复后刮板链松动,需进行紧链方可继续使用。传统的吊链或者绞车张紧方式均不同程度存在张紧效果不佳、劳动强度大及耗时长等问题。基于此,提出一种液压紧链装置,该装置通过液压油缸、固链器及液压泵等对刮板链进行张紧。经现场应用后发现,该张紧装置不仅张紧效果显著而且耗时短、安全性高,可在一定程度上提升刮板链张紧效果。Scraper conveyor in the process of use by the site conditions,load and mining speed and other factors,the scraper chain is prone to broken or stuck chain and other faults,after repairing the fault scraper chain loose,need to tighten the chain to continue to use.Traditional chain hoisting or winch tensioning methods have different degrees of poor tensioning effect,labor intensity and time consuming problems.Based on this,a hydraulic chain tightening device is proposed,which tightens the scraper chain by means of hydraulic cylinders,chain fixers and hydraulic pumps.After the field application,the tensioning device shows good effect,not only the tensioning effect is remarkable but also the time consuming and high safety,which can improve the scraper chain tensioning effect to a certain extent.
