摘　　要：主要对XJM-S45型浮选机的重要参数进行了设计和优化,并介绍了该型浮选机的结构特点。此外,还进行了XJM-S45型号的浮选机的工业性应用研究。结果表明,该种类型的浮选机其相关结构的设计是较为合理的,通过不错的工作性能可以完成选矿厂的生产要求,其矿浆的进入量最高可达1200 m^(3)/h,平均矿浆的单位体积处理量为9.8~12.0 m^(3)/h,达到了预期的设计效果。The important parameters of XJM-S45 flotation machine were designed and optimized,and the structural characteristics of this type of flotation machine were introduced,in addition,the industrial application study of XJM-S45 type of flotation machine was conducted,and it achieved good industrial application effect in a mine processing plant in Shanxi.It is concluded that the design of this type of flotation machine is reasonable,and that it can meet the production requirements of the mine through its good working performance,with a maximum slurry entry capacity of 1,200 m^(3) per hour and an average slurry processing capacity of 9.8-12.0 m^(3) per hour per unit volume.
