摘 要:针对传统探放水施工存在需施工的探水钻孔多、盲目性大、施工周期长、工人劳动强度大、探放水效率低等问题,以晋能控股集团某矿9104运输顺槽为研究对象,分析了传统探放水施工工艺及存在的问题,提出了定向钻探技术在煤矿探放水中的应用,介绍了定向钻探技术的原理、设备及施工工艺,并分析了应用效果。应用效果表明,相比于传统探放水施工工艺,定向钻探技术缩短了钻孔长度3100 m,可少钻孔46个,可使探放水效率达到96%以上,取得较好的应用效果。In view of the shortcomings of traditional water exploration and release construction,such as many water exploration holes,large blindness,long construction period,high labor intensity of workers and low efficiency of water exploration and release,the author took the water exploration and release project of 9104 transport chute of a mine of Jineng Holding Group as an example,analyzed the traditional water exploration and release construction process and problems,proposed the application of directional drilling technology in coal mine water exploration and release,introduced the principle,equipment and construction process of directional drilling technology,and analyzed the application effect.The application effect shows that,compared with the traditional water detection and release construction technology,the directional drilling technology shortens the drilling length by 3,100 m and can reduce the number of holes by 46,which can make the water detection and release efficiency reach more than 96%and achieve a better application effect.
