摘　　要：自我国2020年饲料禁抗以来,益生菌作为维持动物肠道微生物稳定、提升生产性能的饲料添加剂成为行业和学术热点.论述近年来实验室和商业品系益生菌对健康肉鸡生产性能和肉品质的作用,以及在坏死性肠炎和高温应激模型下对其生产性能的改善作用,并进一步论述了不同益生菌细胞是如何从肠道物理屏障、免疫屏障和微生物屏障层面改善和影响肉鸡的肠道健康,以期为下一步构建和培育新型禽用益生菌的研究工作提供理论依据.Since antibiotics were banned in animal feed in 2020,probiotics have been considered a hot topic in both the animal industry and academia due to their benefits in maintaining intestinal microbial balance and improving animal performance.This review summarized the effects of the recent lab and commercial probiotic strains on growth performance and carcass traits of healthy broilers, as well as those traits of broilers under heat stress or Eimeria challenge.Additionally, how probiotic cells improved gut integrity, local immunity, and microbial barrier were also summarized.This review provided updated information for future probiotic designing, screening, and application.
