摘 要:测试烧结温度对Fe基胎体力学性能中的抗弯强度、硬度和绳锯使用性能的影响。采用相同的Fe基配方进行变温恒压的实验块测试,验证其硬度及抗弯强度变化;同时制作三条长度一致的金刚石矿山绳锯进行切割测试,制备的串珠分别在850℃、875℃、900℃条件下进行烧结,切割测试记录金刚石绳锯每一次的切割效率。实验块测试结果表明,烧结温度越高,实验块的抗弯强度、硬度也随之升高。矿山绳切割测试结果表明,串珠在低温情况下制备的绳锯产品使用效率远好于高温情况。The effect of sintering temperature on bending strength, hardness and wire saw performance of Fe-based matrix is tested. The same Fe-based formula is used to test the experimental block with variable temperature and constant pressure to verify the changes in hardness and bending strength. Meanwhile, three diamond mine rope saws with the same length are made for cutting test. The prepared beads are sintered at 850℃, 875℃ and 900℃ respectively, and the cutting efficiency of each diamond is recorded in the cutting test. The test result shows that the higher the sintering temperature is, the higher the bending strength and hardness of the test block are. The test result of rope cutting in mine shows that the use efficiency of rope saw products prepared with beads at low temperature is much better than that at high temperature.
