摘 要:近年来,随着医疗技术的不断发展,X线、CT等医用影像学设备及技术也得到了相应提升,多层螺旋CT的应用及发展为肿瘤精准放疗提供了必要的技术支持。以美国通用GE LightSpeed RT为代表的大孔径CT可有效避免传统影像科CT扫描范围不足及体位限制等劣势,实现对肿瘤病灶的全范围、多角度扫描,对实现患者接受有效治疗并改善患者预后均有积极意义。随着大孔径CT的广泛应用,越来越多临床数据显示该设备在应用过程中,已出现一些医护人员无法处理的技术问题,导致该设备无法顺利发挥其应有的效能。据此,以文献查阅、实地调研、个人经验总结等方法,以GE LightSpeed RT为例,分析大孔径CT的应用现状,并对常见故障现象进行详细阐述,结合故障发生原因及特点,针对性地提出相应措施。In recent years,with the continuous development of medical technology,medical imaging equipment and technology such as X-ray and CT have also been improved accordingly.The application and development of multi-slice spiral CT provide necessary technical support for tumor precision radiotherapy.The large aperture CT represented by GE LightSpeed RT can effectively avoid the disadvantages of insuffi cient scanning range and body position limitation of traditional imaging CT,realize the full range and multi angle scanning of tumor lesions,and have positive signifi cance for patients to receive eff ective treatment and improve their prognosis.However,at this stage,with the wide application of large aperture CT,more and more clinical data show that in the process of its application,there have been some technical problems that medical staff cannot deal with,which leads to the failure of the equipment to give full play to its due effi ciency.Therefore,this paper will take the methods of literature review,fi eld investigation and personal experience summary,take GE LightSpeed RT as an example,analyze the application status of large aperture CT,elaborate the common fault phenomena in detail,and put forward some personal opinions according to the causes and characteristics of the fault.
