摘　　要：现阶段,矿山的安全发展需求越来越高,调度绞车作为提升设备在各种场合中得到普遍应用。但调度绞车经常出现排绳混乱和松圈现象。根据当前调度绞车出现的咬绳、卡绳、排列不整齐的问题,设计了新型调度绞车自动排绳器阐述了其基本结构、工作原理、主要功能特点。该设备运行可靠、排绳整齐、操作简单、便于维护,提高了调度绞车的运输安全性,节省了钢丝绳材料使用费用,有较大的市场前景及使用价值。At this stage,the demand for mine safety development is higher and higher.As a lifting equipment,dispatching winch is widely used in various occasions.But the dispatching winch often appears rope confusion and loose loop phenomenon.According to the problems of the current rope winch,such as the biting rope,the rope and the irregular arrangement,this paper designs the basic structure,working principle and main function features of the new type automatic dispatching rope winch.The equipment has the advantages of reliable operation,neat rope arrangement,simple operation and easy maintenance,improves the transportation safety of dispatching winch,saves the use cost of steel wire rope materials,and has great market prospect and use value.
