摘 要:为实现汽油的安全环保、质量升级,降低硫、苯含量,适度降低烯烃含量是主要路径。结合国内与国外加氢技术开发与应用情况,汽油质量升级技术的最关键因素是提高催化汽油质量特别是降低其硫含量,同时将辛烷值损失减到最小。采用催化原料加氢预处理及催化汽油加氢后处理技术在内的多项提高汽油质量的加氢技术,促进汽油质量升级,并从反应机理、高活性催化剂、工艺技术、工程技术、组合技术等方面进行深入研究,以进一步提高其技术水平,降低投资及生产成本,为实现低成本汽油质量升级提供技术支撑。Implement safety environmental protection,promote gasoline quality upgrade,reduce sulfur,benzene content,moderately reduce olefin content is the main path.Combined with the development and application of hydrogenation technology at home and abroad,the technology of improving the quality of catalytic gasoline,especially reducing its sulfur content,and minimizing the loss of octane number is the most key factor for gasoline quality upgrading.Adopt a number of hydrogenation technologies to improve gasoline quality,including catalytic raw material hydrogenation pretreatment and catalytic gasoline hydrogenation post-treatment technology,so as to promote the upgrading of gasoline quality.Conduct in-depth research from the aspects of reaction mechanism,high activity catalyst,process technology,engineering technology and combination technology,so as to further improve its technical level,reduce investment and production cost,and provide technical support for the upgrading of low-cost gasoline quality.
