摘  要:据统计,因锅炉“四管”泄露事故造成的火力发电机组非计划停运占比达一半以上。锅炉防磨防爆是保障机组稳定运行的基础工作,要想保证机组的安全经济运行,必须大幅度提升火力发电机组的防磨防爆基础管理工作,减少锅炉因受热面造成的“四管”泄露问题出现。只有做好火力发电机组的防磨防爆工作,才能有效保证发电企业的和谐发展,因此研究大型CFB锅炉防磨防爆创新管理技术有着重要的意义。according to statistics,the unplanned shutdown of thermal power generating units caused by the leakage accident of"Four Tubes"of boilers accounts for more than half,that is to say,the wear and explosion prevention of boilers is the basic work to ensure the stable operation of units.In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of units,we must greatly improve the basic management of wear and explosion prevention of thermal power generating units,and reduce the leakage of"Four Tubes"caused by heating surfaces of boilers,Only by doing a good job in the wear and explosion prevention of thermal power generating units can we effectively ensure the harmonious development of power generation enterprises.In other words,it is of great significance to study the innovative management technology of wear and explosion prevention of large CFB boilers.
