摘　　要：引江济汉工程是南水北调中线一期汉江中下游四项治理工程之一。该工程自2014年9月建成通水以来,在生态补水、航运用水、防洪抗旱等方面发挥了显著效益。本文论述了引江济汉工程运行概况,针对工程运行管理实践中存在的困难和问题,从创新管理机制、明确工程运行管理及保护范围、加大工程运行管理监督力度等方面继续做好调水惠民工作,充分发挥其生态、灌溉、供水、航运四大功能,确保工程供水安全、水质安全、生态安全。The water diversion project from the Yangtze River to the Han River is one of the four treatment projects in the middle and lower reaches of the Han River in the first phase of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.Since the project was completed and put into operation in September 2014,it has played a significant role in ecological water supply,navigation water,flood control and drought relief.This paper discusses the general situation of the operation of the water diversion project from the Yangtze River to the Han River.In view of the difficulties and problems existing in the project operation and management practice,we should continue to do a good job of water diversion and benefit the people from the aspects of innovative management mechanism,clear project operation management and protection scope,and strengthen the supervision of project operation management,so as to give full play to its four major functions of ecology,irrigation,water supply and shipping,and ensure the safety of water supply,water quality and ecological safety of the project.
