大倾角远距离运输带式输送机更换输送带及硫化接头制作工艺革新

摘　　要：大倾角远距离运输带式输送机更换输送带,采用传统工艺施工周期较长、人员较多,星村煤矿根据实际工况对传统工艺进行了革新,采用旧胶带带动新胶带、液压卷带机机械收卷旧输送带的方式,实现了安全、快速、连续性更换大倾角远距离运输输送带。另根据硫化接头现施工工艺及使用现状,对硫化接头施工工艺进行了工艺革新,延长了硫化接头使用时间。The belt conveyor of large inclination distance transportation is replaced by the traditional process,which has a long construction period and many personnel.Xingcun Coal Mine has innovated the traditional process according to the actual working conditions,and the old belt is driven by the old belt,and the old belt is mechanically wound by the hydraulic belt coiler,which realizes the safe,rapid and continuous replacement of the large inclination distance transportation belt.In addition,according to the current construction process and use status of the vulcanized joint,the construction process of the vulcanized joint was innovated to extend the service time of the vulcanized joint.
