摘  要:超高层建筑工程项目和普通的建筑工程项目相比具有一定的特殊性,其在实际施工当中所使用的专业技术多样,同时施工难度更大、施工周期更长,工程施工人员的专业技能要求相对较高。基于此,本文有效结合我国某地区一处超高层建筑工程项目施工案例展开分析和重点研究,针对本次超高层建筑工程项目泵送混凝土施工技术要点进行阐述,对影响混凝土超高层泵送工作的相关影响因素进行介绍,有效保证混凝土泵送工作的效率和稳定性,提高超高层建筑工程项目整体施工效率,避免出现工期延误等情况,为后续类似项目工作开展提供有效参考和借鉴。Compared with ordinary construction projects,super high-rise building projects have certain particularity.The professional technologies used in actual construction are diversifi ed,and the construction is more difficult and the construction period is longer.The professional skills of construction personnel are relatively high.Based on this,this paper eff ectively combines the construction case of a super high-rise building project in a certain region of China to carry out analysis and research focus,elaborates the key points of pumping concrete construction technology for this super high-rise building project,introduces the relevant infl uencing factors aff ecting the pumping of concrete for super high-rise buildings,eff ectively ensures the efficiency and stability of concrete pumping,and improves the overall construction efficiency of super high-rise building projects,avoids delay of construction period and provides effective reference for subsequent similar projects.
