摘  要:在煤化工企业生产中,针对循环水装置实施反冲洗设计,有利于达成高效生产目标,消除氨冷凝器堵塞等不良风险。以E04501氨冷凝器作为研究对象,简要分析设计现状与反冲洗设计注意事项,采取完善反冲洗设计步骤、细化反冲洗设计条件、加强换热器全面监测、碳酸钙与药剂相容式设计、注重反冲洗作业风险管控等措施,为循环水反冲洗水处理给出新指引。In the production of coal chemical enterprises,the implementation of backwashing design for circulating water equipment is conducive to achieving the goal of efficient production and eliminating the adverse risks such as blockage of ammonia condenser.On top of this,the study specifi c to E04501 ammonia condenser as the research object,the brief analysis of present situation and the back-flushing design considerations,through perfecting the backwash design steps,refi ned,backwash design conditions,strengthening the comprehensive monitoring,calcium carbonate and medicament compatible type heat exchanger design,pay attention to backwash operation risk control paths,New guidelines for backwash water treatment of circulating water.
