摘  要:对石油工程井下作业修井技术的现状进行了简单分析,并以压裂方法、石油测试方法、井控新方法为切入点,说明石油工程井下作业修井的常用技术与工艺要点。在此基础上,结合胜利油田大明集团有限公司的实践经验,提出了切实参考井下实际情况完成修井工艺方案的设定,完善更新修井作业工具与设备,合理应用连续油管修复套管技术,持续强化修井作业人才队伍建设,提出石油工程井下作业修井工艺的优化完善策略。This paper briefly analyzes the current situation of downhole workover technology in petroleum engineering,and takes fracturing method,petroleum testing method and new well control method as the starting point to explain the common technologies and process points of downhole workover in petroleum engineering.On this basis,combined with the practical experience of Shengli Oilfield Dynamic Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward the optimization and improvement strategies of downhole operation and workover technology of petroleum engineering,such as completing the setting of workover process scheme,improving and updating workover tools and equipment,reasonably applying coiled tubing repair casing technology,continuously strengthening the organization and construction of workover personnel team,and continuously strengthening the establishment of workover personnel team.
