摘 要:阐述了凝结水精处理系统回收水单元树脂抱团现象的处理方式,介绍了回收水单元的工作原理。核电站凝结水精处理系统应用回收水单元后,可以将循环冲洗应用到树脂再生环节中,然后将再生后冲洗的废水收集起来,通过回收水混床进行净化,净化完成后重新送回再生单元进行树脂冲洗,使树脂冲洗废水得到回收利用,大大减少了树脂再生后除盐水的用量[1]。同时回收水混床较好的出水电导率可显著缩短树脂再生后冲洗的时间,提高冲洗质量。对回收水单元在核电站凝结水精处理系统的运行方式进行了研究。This paper briefly describes the treatment method of resin bunching phenomenon in the reclaimed water unit of condensate polishing system,and briefly introduces the working principle of reclaimed water unit.After the reclaimed water unit is used in the condensate polishing system of nuclear power plant,the circulating flushing can be applied to the resin regeneration.The circulating flushing collects the regenerated wastewater,purifies it through the reclaimed water mixed bed,and sends it back to the regeneration unit for resin washing after purification,so that the resin washing wastewater can be recycled as much as possible,greatly reducing the amount of desalted water after resin regeneration.At the same time,the better effluent conductivity of the recycled water mixed bed can significantly shorten the washing time after resin regeneration and improve the washing quality.This paper mainly describes the practical application of reclaimed water units in nuclear power plants.
