摘　　要：塔是用于气相和液相间,或液相和液相间的传质或传热过程的设备,在很多工艺环节中发挥着关键作用,是当前化工生产中至关重要的一类设备。以某项目10/4万吨/年MTBE/丁烯-1装置的催化蒸馏塔为例,分析和探讨塔的布置和塔的管道设计,以及如何运用工厂三维布置设计管理系统(PDMS)优化塔的布置和塔的管道设计。Tower is a kind of equipment used for mass or heat transfer between gas and liquid phases,or between liquid and liquid phases.It plays a key role in many process links and is a crucial type of equipment in current chemical production.This paper takes the catalytic distillation tower of a 10/40000 t/a MTBE/butene-1 unit as an example to analyze and discuss the tower layout and tower piping design,and how to use Plant Design Management system(PDMS)to optimize the tower layout and tower piping design.
