摘　　要：天然橡胶是我国重要的战略物资和经济作物。我国天然橡胶栽培面积达到了114.39万hm2,主要种植在海南、广东、云南等热带丘陵地区,当前国内尚未实现全程机械化作业,栽培、种植、施肥、除草、植保与采收等作业均主要依靠人工完成,效率低、成本高。伴随国内社会经济发展,产业工人流失,天然橡胶机械化生产管理显得尤为重要。通过分析当前国内天然橡胶生产机械的研究现状,指出我国天然橡胶机械存在的问题和发展趋势,旨在为研发全程智能化的天然橡胶生产机械装备提供参考,促进天然橡胶产业的升级与可持续发展。Natural rubber is an important strategic material and economic crop in China.China’s natural rubber planting area is reached 1.1439 million hm~2,which mainly planted in Hainan,Guangdong,Yunnan and other tropical hilly mountains.At present,the whole process of mechanization operation in natuural rubber has not been realized in China.Cultivation,planting,fertilization,weeding,plant protection and harvesting are mainly completed by manual work,which has low efficiency and high cost.With the development of domestic society and economy,the loss of industrial workers has intesnsified,natural rubber mechanization production management is particularly important.This paper introduced the current research status of natural rubber production machinery technology in China and analyzed the existing problems and development trend of the management of natural rubber mechanization,aiming to provide a reference information for the research and development of the whole process of machinery equipment and intelligent machinery equipment,promote the upgrading and sustainable development of natural rubber industry.
