摘 要:本文系统梳理国内外稻谷烘干机械化现状及存在的问题,综合广东省气候、投资回收期、烘干品质和干燥机总吨位等因素,对不同类型稻谷烘干中心进行经济分析。研究发现,综合考虑年烘干能力、投资回收期及烘干品质等因素,广东省稻谷烘干适宜选择热泵+少量电加热的南方机型;为了稻谷烘干中心服务组织的生存盈利,建议建设大中型稻谷烘干中心。In this paper,the current situation and existing problems of rice drying mechanization at home and abroad are systematically reviewed,and the economic analysis of different types of rice drying centers is carried out based on the factors such as climate,payback period,drying quality and total tonnage of drying machines in Guangdong Province.The results showed that,considering the factors such as annual drying capacity,payback period and drying quality,rice drying in Guangdong Province was suitable to choose the southern model with heat pump and a small amount of electric heating.For the survival and profit of rice drying center service organization,it is suggested to build large and medium-sized rice drying center.
