摘　　要：农业农村人才建设是实现乡村振兴的原动力基础,有利于实现农村共同富裕。优秀乡村人才可以激发农村的建设活力,越来越多的农民敢于尝试创新创业。这些人才在实践过程中研究和学习积累了一定的创业经验,推动了乡村的快速发展,是实现乡村振兴的重要人力资源保障。由此可见,农村人才队伍建设可以充分发挥乡村人员的创业技能,刺激乡村经济,进而带动农村振兴。但由于我国农业农村人才队伍建设进程缓慢,缺乏专业的农技人才,农村人才空心化问题愈发明显,农村人才储备严重不足。因此如何引进农业专用型人才、留住人才对于实现乡村振兴具有重大的意义。The construction of agricultural and rural talents is the driving force for rural revitalization and is conducive to the common prosperity of rural areas.Excellent rural talents can stimulate rural construction vitality,and more and more farmers dare to try innovation and entrepreneurship.These talents have accumulated certain entrepreneurial experience through research and learning in the practice process,which has promoted the rapid development of rural areas.This kind of rural talents is an important human resource guarantee for rural revitalization.Therefore,the construction of rural talent team can give full play to the entrepreneurial skills of rural personnel,stimulate rural economy,and then promote rural revitalization.However,due to the slow process of agricultural and rural talent team and the lack of professional agricultural talent,the problem of rural talent hollowing out is increasingly obvious and rural talent reserves are seriously insufficient.Therefore,how to introduce agricultural talents and retain talents has a great impetus for the realization of rural revitalization.
