摘　　要：当前高等教育的教育成本分担与补偿制度存在的一些问题,影响了资助效果,导致其现实开展情况仍和预期存在一定差距。基于此,文中首先阐述了教育成本分担与补偿理论的内涵,之后着重探讨了高等教育资助体系中存在的主要问题,最后以进一步贯彻教育成本分担与补偿理论的视角,提出了改进对策,旨在建立更加完善的高等教育资助体系,帮助更多贫困学子成人成才,为我国高等教育事业的发展贡献力量。Some problems existing in the current higher education cost sharing and compensation system have affected the effect of funding,resulting in a certain gap between the actual development and the expected.Based on this,the following first expounds the connotation of the theory of education cost sharing and compensation,and then emphatically discusses the main problems in the higher education funding system.Finally,from the perspective of further implementing the theory of education cost sharing and compensation,several improvement countermeasures are proposed,aiming at establishing a more perfect higher education funding system,helping more poor students become talents,and contributing to the development of ChinaLs higher education.
