摘　　要：随着十九大的召开,国家提出了一系列有关生态文明建设的政策和建议。在我国,生态导向下的城市更新已经成为一种重要的发展方向。生态环境导向的开发模式(Eco-environment-oriented,EOD)不仅是在当前高质量发展形势下的必然选择,也将是城市未来的主流开发趋势。在生态文明大背景下,城市片区作为人类居住环境的基础单位,其更新与规划设计应该以片区的生态系统全面发展为重点。文中以EOD理念为指引,梳理了相关政策及项目的进展,从而提出片区更新改造项目的实施策略,为城市片区更新发展提供了可供参考的新思路。Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has issued a series of policies and suggestions on ecological civilization construction,and the ecologically oriented urban renewal design has gradually become the main trend of urban development in China.Eco-environment-oriented(EOD)is not only an inevitable choice under the current high-quality development situation,but also the mainstream development trend of cities in the future.In the context of ecological civilization,as the basic unit of human living environment,the renewal and planning and design should focus on the comprehensive development of the area ecosystem.Guided by the concept of EOD,this papersorts out the progress of relevant policies and projects,and thus puts forward the implementation strategy of regional renewal and renovation projects,which provides new ideas for reference for the renewal and development of urban areas.
