摘　　要：在临床护理中,建设护理管理系统的主要目的是降低护理风险、提高质量,通过应用现代化信息技术搭建完善的护理管理系统,并实现与医院人力资源管理系统、HIS系统的对接,在各系统信息共享和互联互通的基础上,进一步实现对护理管理系统的优化,强化系统在临床上的使用价值。这样才能达到大幅提高护理工作效率、保障患者生命健康的目标,为提高患者护理满意度创造良好条件。为更好地丰富护理管理系统的功能价值,文中主要围绕护理管理系统建设的新趋势展开了探索,以供参考。In clinical nursing,the purpose of building nursing management system is to reduce nursing risk,improve nursing effect,improve nursing quality,through the application of modern information technology to build a perfect nursing management system,and realize the docking with hospital human resource management system,HIS system,on the basis of each system information sharing and interconnection,can further realize the optimization of nursing management system,further strengthen the system in clinical use value.Only in this way can we achieve the goal of greatly improving the efficiency of nursing work and ensuring their life and health,and create good conditions for improving patients?nursing satisfaction.In order to better enrich the functional value of nursing management system,this paper mainly focuses on the new trend of nursing management system construction,for reference.
