摘  要:目的 了解广元市主城区水源水和饮用水中8种双酚类化合物(BPs)污染状况,为健康风险评价提供基础数据。方法 采用QuEChERs结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS),于2020—2021年的枯水期和丰水期,对广元市水源水和饮用水中8种BPs进行检测和分析,样品包括8份水源水、8份出厂水、44份管网末梢水和14份直饮水。结果 BPs在水源水、出厂水、末梢水和直饮水均有检出,检出率在87.5%~100.0%之间,平均检出浓度在5.57 ng/L~94.00 ng/L之间,污染物主要为双酚A(BPA,nd~187.09 ng/L),其次为双酚S(BPS,nd~4.01 ng/L),少量检出双酚F(BPF)、双酚P(BPP)、双酚Z(BPZ)、双酚AP(BPAP)和双酚AF(BPAF),未检出双酚B(BPB)。出厂水中ΣBPs平均浓度比水源水低89.3%,末梢水中ΣBPs平均浓度比出厂水低44.6%,呈现水源水>出厂水>末梢水的特点。2020—2021年,4类水样BPs检出种类由2种增加到7种,水源水中ΣBPs平均浓度由36.56 ng/L上升至151.41 ng/L。结论 广元市水源水和饮用水受到不同程度的BPs污染,BPA是优势污染物,对ΣBPs贡献率最高,其次为BPS。大部分BPs在水净化过程中能得到有效去除,但限于水厂处理工艺,出厂水中仍有BPs残留。虽然与国内外其他地区相比,广元市区饮用水中BPs污染水平较低,却呈逐年加重趋势,这应当引起关注和重视。Objective To investigate on pollution of 8 kinds of bisphenol compounds(BPs) in source water and drinking water in the main urban area of Guangyuan City,and to provide basic data for health risk assessment.Methods By using QuEChERs combined with ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS),eight kinds of BPs in the source water and drinking water of Guangyuan city were analyzed during the dry and wet seasons from 2020 to2021,including 8 source water,8 finished water,44 tap water and 14 direct drinking water.Results BPs had been detected in source water,factory water,peripheral water and direct drinking water.The detection rate was 87.5%~100%,and the average concentration was between 5.57 ng/L~94.00 ng/L.The main pollutant was bisphenol A(BPA,nd~187.09 ng/L),followed by bisphenol S(BPS,nd~4.01 ng/L),and a small amount of bisphenol F(BPF),bisphenol P(BPP),bisphenol Z(BPZ),bisphenol AP(BPAP) and bisphenol AF(BPAF),but bisphenol B(BPB) was not detected.The average concentration of ΣBPs(sum of eight BPs) in finished water was 89.3%lower than that in source water,and the average concentration of ΣBPs in tap water was 44.6%lower than that in the finished water,it showed that the characteristics of source water>finished water>tap water.From 2020 to 2021,the number of BPs detected in the 4 types of water samples increased from 2 to 7,and the average concentration of ΣBPs in source water increased from 36.56 ng/L to 151.41 ng/L.Conclusions The source water and drinking water in Guangyuan city is polluted by BPs to varying degrees.BPA is the dominant pollutant and contribute the most to BPs,followed by BPS.Most of BPs can be effectively removed in the water purification process,but there are still BPs residues in the finished water due to the limitation of the treatment process of the drinking water treatment plant.Although compared with other areas at home and abroad,the BPs pollution level in drinking water in Guangyuan is low,but it shows an increasing trend year by year,which should be
