摘　　要：目的介紹一種治療腰椎爆裂性骨折的新手術方法在本院應用的初步經驗。方法回顧2015年12月~2017年6月8例腰椎爆裂性骨折患者,應用Spinejack支撐内固定及骨水泥充填的手術治療及術後恢復情況。結果8例均獲術後隨診,平均随訪8月(0.5~14月),平均手術時間為(60±10)min,住院時間為(12.5)天,骨水泥注入量(5.5±0.5)ml。8例患者均未出現供發症。術後及末次随訪的VAS評分、椎體前緣高度、椎體中部高度均高於術前。結論對腰椎爆裂性骨折探用Spi nejack支撐内固定及骨水泥充填治療是一-種微創、優秀的手術方法。Objective To review the initial results of introducing a new surgical technique for patients suering from lumbar burst fractures in our hospital.Methods Review the postoperative results and recovery of eight cases of lumbar burst fracture patients admitted from December 2015 to June 2017,who had been treated with the Spinejack internalxation and bone cementlling support surgery.Resultse cases were followed up after surgery with mean follow-up of 8 months(0.5-14),the mean operation time was 60±10 min,mean length of hospital stay was 12.5 days.e mean bone cement injection volume was 5.5±0.5 ml.ere were no complications postoperative.Last follow-up VAS score,vertebral height,front part of vertebral height and central of vertebral height were higher than before the surgery.Conclusione Spinejack internalxation and bone cement support surgical method is an alternative treatment for lumbar burst fractures.
