11例成人麻疹臨床特點分析

摘　　要：目的了解2019年3月~5月份本院成人麻疹病史特點以及臨床特徵。方法總結中国澳門鏡湖醫院2019年3月1日~2019年5月31日成人麻疹患者11例。收集患者的流行病學、臨床表現、實驗室檢查、疫苗接種情況、麻疹接觸史等資料。結果11例麻疹患者中,發病年齡中位數29歲,男4例,女7例,男:女=1:1.75,有明確麻疹接觸史7例,接觸史不詳者4例。臨床表現以發熱、皮疹、咳嗽為主。經對症治療後臨床痊癒,並無出現併發症。結論成人麻疹在2019年有輕微上升趨勢,由於發病年齡及症狀不典型而被忽略,提高臨床警惕、對可疑病例及早檢查、早期診斷及處理。將不良反應降至最低,重視呼吸道隔離,加強宣傳教育,降低麻疹發病率。Objective To investigate the clinical features and pathogenesis of adult measles in our hospital in 2019.Methods Eleven adult measles cases were summarized in the epidemiology,clinical and laboratory data,vaccination status,and measles exposure history from 1/3/2019 to 31/5/2019 in Kiang Wu Hospital of Macao.Results Eleven cases were diagnosed with adult measles.The median age of onset was 29 years old,four males and seven females,and the ratio of male to female was1:1.75.Seven cases had a clear history of measles exposure,and four cases were unknown.Fever,skin rashes,and cough were the main clinical manifestations.All cases were cured,and there were no complications after treatment.Conclusion The incidence of adult measles has slightly increased in recent 2019.It is ignored because of the age of onset and atypical symptoms.Early inspection,diagnosis,and treatment of suspicious cases can reduce adverse reactions.Paying attention to respiratory isolation,strengthening publicity,and education can reduce the morbidity of adult measles.
