口部运动游戏对脑性瘫痪流涎患儿发音清晰度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究口部运动游戏对脑性瘫痪流涎患儿发音清晰度的改善效果。方法回顾性分析2018年11月至2021年11月泉州市儿童医院收治的80例脑性瘫痪流涎患儿的一般资料,按照护理措施的不同将患儿划入对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患儿接受常规康复锻炼,观察组患儿在常规康复锻炼的基础上增加口部运动游戏。对比2组患儿的发音清晰度、流涎治疗效果和口部运动功能。结果干预1个月、2个月、3个月和6个月后,2组的发音清晰度均优于干预前(P均<0.05);观察组的发音清晰度均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。干预6个月后,观察组的流涎治疗效果优于照组(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,2组的舌、唇和下颌运动功能评分均高于干预前(P均<0.05);观察组的上述口部运动功能评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论在常规康复锻炼的基础上对脑性瘫痪流涎患儿实施口部运动游戏训练,能够提高其发音清晰度,改善流涎治疗效果和口部运动功能。Objective To explore the effect of oral motor games on improving the articulation of children with cerebral palsy salivation.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the general data of 80 children with cerebral palsy salivation admitted to Quanzhou Children’s Hospital from November 2018 to November 2021.According to the different nursing measures,the children were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 40 cases.The children in the control group received routine rehabilitation exercises,while the children in the observation group received oral motor games in addition to the routine rehabilitation exercises.The clarity of articulation,therapeutic effect of salivation,and oral motor function of the two groups were compared.Results After 1,2,3,and 6 months of intervention,the clarity of articulation of both groups was better than that before intervention(all P<0.05),and the clarity of articulation of the observation group was better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the therapeutic effect of salivation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of tongue,lip,and lower jaw motor function in both groups were higher than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the above scores of oral motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation exercises,oral motor game training for children with cerebral palsy salivation can improve their articulation,therapeutic effect of salivation,and oral motor function.
