中西医结合护理在蛇咬伤患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析蛇咬伤患者接受中西医结合护理的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月三明市中西医结合医院收治的160例蛇咬伤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(80例)和对照组(80例)。对照组患者给予常规蛇咬伤护理,观察组患者给予中西医结合护理。比较2组患者的肿胀消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间、患肢周径差、负性情绪和并发症发生率。结果观察组的肿胀消退时间和疼痛缓解时间均早于对照组、住院时间短于对照组(P均<0.05)。入院3 d及出院时,2组的患肢周径差均小于入院时(P均<0.05),且观察组均小于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。入院3 d及出院时,2组的状态-特质焦虑问卷评分均低于入院时(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能够改善蛇咬伤患者的患肢肿胀情况,缩短其疼痛和住院时间,调节其负性情绪,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on the snake bite patients.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,160 patients with snake bite at Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects and assigned into an observation group(80 cases)and a control group(80 cases)through random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing for snake bites,while the patients in the observation group were given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.The swelling subsidence time,pain relief time,hospitalization time,circumference difference of the affected limb,negative emotions,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The swelling subsidence time,pain relief time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).On the 3rd day of admission and at discharge,the circumference difference of the affected limb in both groups was less than that at admission(all P<0.05),and the circumference difference in the observation group was less than that in the control group(both P<0.05).On the 3rd day of admission and at discharge,the scores of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory in both groups were lower than those at admission(both P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for snake bite patients can improve the swelling of the affected limbs,shorten the pain and hospitalization time,regulate the negative emotions,and reduce the incidence of complications.
