摘　　要：面对高投入、高风险和环保要求不断提高的油气行业,从投资源头上做好投资项目效益和风险管理对企业高质量、可持续发展至关重要。文章在分析石油投资项目特点和效益评价与管理现状的基础上,对投资项目实现全过程闭环效益评价与管理提出了初步设想,探索了构建原则,并对投资项目全过程闭环效益评价与管理体系的构建提出了建议,以期为原油投资项目管理提供参考。In the face of the oil and gas industry with high investment,high risk and increasing environmental requirements,it is very important to do a good job in the benefit and risk management of investment projects from the source of investment for the high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises.Based on analysis of the characteristics of petroleum investment projects and the current situation of benefit evaluation and management,a preliminary scheme was put forward for realization of whole-process closed-loop benefit evaluation and management of investment projects.Suggestions were put forward on the construction principles of the whole-process closed-loop benefit evaluation and management system of investment projects in order to provide reference for the management of petroleum investment projects.
