摘 要:细胞内的粘度在生命活动中至关重要,粘度水平的异常也与多种疾病密切相关。因此,以三苯胺为母体,构建了一种新型的粘度荧光探针L,用1H NMR、IR和ESI-MS对其结构进行了表征。光学性质研究结果表明,探针L的最大发射峰位于620 nm,其荧光强度随着粘度的增加而逐渐增强,而且探针L的荧光强度的对数与粘度的对数具有较好的线性关系。由于探针L具有较低的生物毒性且不受生体内复杂环境的影响,已成功用于细胞和组织成像。Intracellular viscosity plays an important role in life activities, and abnormal viscosity level is closely related to many diseases. Therefore, a novel viscosity fluorescent probe L was designed by using triphenylamine as the matrix, which was characterized by ~1H NMR, IR and ESI-MS. The results of optical properties demonstrated that the maximum emission peak of probe L was located at 620 nm, and the fluorescence intensity of probe L gradually enhanced with the increase of viscosity. Moreover, probe L exhibited a good linear relationship between logI and log(viscosity). Due to its low biotoxicity and immune to the complex environment in vivo, probe L was successfully applied to cell and tissue imaging.
