摘  要:电石渣是电石水化法生产乙炔过程产生的一种典型的工业固体废弃物,具有强碱性,随意堆放会造成土地盐碱化问题并污染水资源。本文提出常温下利用电石渣对CO_(2)进行捕集,对其反应过程、反应动力学、反应热力学进行研究。研究结果得出在固液比为40 g/L,气速为250 mL/min时得到最有利CO_(2)的捕集;通过动力学分析发现一级动力学方程更符合该反应过程;通过热力学分析发现,常温下更有利于反应的进行。Calcium carbide slag is a typical industrial solid waste produced by acetylene production process by calcium carbide hydration method. It has strong alkaline stacking will cause land salinization problems and pollute water resources. Traping CO_(2) with calcium carbide slag at room temperature, the reaction process, reaction dynamics and reaction thermodynamics were studied. The results showed that the most favorable CO_(2) trap was obtained when the solid-liquid ratio was 40 g/L and the gas speed was 250 mL/min, the primary kinetic equation was more consistent with the reaction process, and the thermodynamic analysis showed that the reaction was more favorable at room temperature.
