摘 要:通过电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定不锈钢中P的含量,采用盐酸-硝酸-高氯酸溶解试样;讨论了采用不同的校正方法以确定P的标准曲线,使得P(213.617 nm)的线性相关系数达到了0.99978。通过计算精密度和正确度来判断改方法是否可靠,测得RSD为0.78%~1.23%,相对误差为0.00007%~0.0005%,证明了该方法准确度高、好精密度好,满足日常分析工作需要,对测定不锈钢中的P具有一定的现实意义。The content of P in stainless steel was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES), and the sample with hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-perchloric acid was dissolved. The different correlation methods to determine the standard curve of P were discussed, which the linear correlation coefficient of P(213.617 nm) reached 0.99978. The precision and accuracy were calculating to judge whether the method was reliable, and the measured RSD was 0.78%~1.23%, and the relative error was 0.00007%~0.0005%, which proved that the method had high accuracy, good precision, and met daily analysis work. It is necessary to have certain practical significance for the determination of P in stainless steel.
