摘 要:UNITANK工艺占地节省,一体化程度高,但是脱氮调节空间有限,TN去除率不高。本研究对某市政污水处理厂UNITANK运行周期进行调整,延长A池进水搅拌时间至2 h,运行周期从原来的12 h缩短至8 h,使得UNITANK出水TN降低约1.3~1.4 mg/L,同时出水氨氮稳定在3~5 mg/L。UNITANK工艺TN去除能力提升可以减轻深度处理段的反硝化滤池的去除压力,也能节省反硝化滤池的碳源投加费用。初步估算,在不增加投资的情况下,碳源费用每年节省约五百万人民币。UNITANK process is an integrated process with small land occupation, but with low TN removal due to limited adjustment for denitrification. The UNITANK operation steps was modified for a domestic wastewater treatment plant, prolong the inlet mixing step of A tank from 1 h to 2 h, and reduce the operation cycle time from 12 h to 8 h. The TN of UNITANK outlet reduced for 1.3~1.4 mg/L, and outlet ammonia kept stable to be 3~5 mg/L. This improvement of TN could reduce the operation pressure of tertiary denitrification biofiltration process and save the carbon source dosage for denitrification biofiltration. It was estimated that the carbon source might save around 5 million RMB per year without any investment.
