摘　　要：对某石化厂2000 m^(3)乙烯球罐进行检验检测,并针对UT发现的超标埋藏缺陷进行合于使用评价,结果表明,乙烯球罐超标缺陷均位于失效评定图的安全区,能够通过断裂与塑性失效评定;乙烯球罐超标缺陷处实际承受的疲劳强度参量在容许值内,即通过疲劳失效评定。上述检验所发现的超标埋藏缺陷不影响球罐在操作工况的安全使用,允许保留。The ethylene spherical tank in a petrochemical plant was inspected, and safety assessment for the buried defects exceeding the standard found by UT was carried out.The results showed that the over standard defects of ethylene spherical tank were all located in the safe area of the failure assessment diagram, meaning it passed the evaluation of fracture, plastic failure. The actual fatigue strength parameters at the excessive defects of ethylene spherical tank were within the allowable value, meaning it passed fatigue failure assessment.The buried defects found in the above inspection would not affect the safe use of the spherical tank under the operating condition and and were allowed to be retained.
