摘 要:随着现代中医药的快速发展,基础化学实验备受重视,尤其综合化学实验的教学改革迫在眉睫。层状双金属氢氧化物(LDH)是一类新型无机纳米材料,因其具有优异的酸碱性、层间离子交换性、结构记忆效应等一系列特性,已成为一类重要的药物载体广泛应用于中药有效成分新剂型的研发中。本文介绍一个较新颖的MgAl-LDH胶体材料的制备及表征实验。With the rapid development of modern Chinese medicine, basic chemistry experiments have been paid much attention, especially the teaching reform of comprehensive chemical experiments is important. Layered Double Hydroxide(LDH) is a novel type of inorganic functional material, which has become a kind of important drug carrier widely used in the research and development of new dosage forms of active ingredients of Chinese medicine. It has many excellent properties such as acid-base properties, interlayer ion exchange performance and structure memory effect. The preparation and characterization of a novel MgAl LDH colloidal material was introduced.
