摘  要:通过分析北京地铁AFC刷卡数据,提出客流重新分配实施策略,实现“削峰填谷”,缓解早高峰地铁拥挤压力.通过筛选北京地铁全路网AFC刷卡数得到车站以及断面客流数据.建立断面拥挤划分模型,划分出畅通、基本畅通、拥挤、非常拥挤4个拥挤等级,最后2个等级为需处理的拥挤范围.将断面流量数据代入模型,确定早高峰拥挤断面.识别途径拥挤断面的乘客,筛选符合出行次数规则的乘客,确定乘客画像.将乘客最晚、最早进站时间作差得到其弹性时间,给不同弹性时间的乘客提供不同的策略.对弹性时间为5~30 min乘客通过断面拥挤时段确定可调控范围,对弹性时间大于30 min乘客采用非线路高峰段出行法,重新分配客流量,实现削峰填谷的目的.The purpose of this study is to analyze the AFC card swiping data of Beijing subway,put forward the implementation strategy of passenger flow redistribution,realize“peak cutting and valley filling”,and alleviate the congestion pressure of subway in early peak hours.The station and section passenger flow data are obtained by screening the AFC card swiping number of the whole road network of Beijing Metro.The section congestion division model is established to divide four congestion levels:unblocked,basically unblocked,congested and very congested.The last two levels are the congestion range to be handled.The section flow data is substituted into the model to determine the congestion section in the morning peak.Identify the passengers passing through the crowded section,screen the passengers who meet the travel times rules,and determine the passenger portrait.Make a difference between the latest and earliest arrival time of passengers to obtain their elastic time,and provide different strategies for passengers with different elastic time.For passengers with an elastic time of 5 to 30 minutes,the adjustable range is determined through the section congestion period.For passengers with an elastic time of more than 30 minutes,the non line peak travel method is adopted to redistribute the passenger flow to achieve the purpose of peak shaving and valley filling.
