摘 要:碳普惠是1种为公众低碳行为赋予价值的激励手段.本文通过分析国内外交通碳普惠的实践,提出交通碳普惠提升数据安全性、数据可靠性和业务协同效率的发展需求.结合区块链技术的特点,区块链技术与碳普惠机制的结合案例,总结出区块链和碳普惠结合的优势.设计了1套有“联盟链+私有链”双层区块链结构,包含出行服务平台、大数据中心、第三方核验平台等多个节点的交通碳普惠系统.本文从区块链节点、信息流转过程、数据处理、数据存储、前端功能多个角度详细阐释了该系统的运作方式与功能.该系统利用了区块链技术防篡改、可追溯等特点,能实现数据加密、数据存储、数据交叉核验等多项功能,满足了交通碳普惠的发展需求,可为交通碳普惠的实践提供参考.Carbon inclusion is an incentive to give value to the public s low-carbon behavior.By analyzing the practice of transportation carbon inclusion in China and other nations,this paper puts forward the development needs of transportation carbon inclusion to improve data security,data reliability and business synergy efficiency.Combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology and the combination of blockchain technology and carbon inclusive mechanism,the advantages of blockchain and carbon inclusive combination are summarized.A set of transportation carbon inclusive system with a two-layer blockchain structure of“alliance chain+private chain”is designed,including multiple nodes such as travel service platform,big data center,and third-party verification platform.This paper explains in detail the operation mode and function of the system from the perspectives of blockchain nodes,information flow process,data processing,data storage,and front-end functions.The system makes use of the features of blockchain technology such as tamper-proof and traceability,and can realize data encryption,data storage,data cross-verification and other functions,which meets the development needs of transportation carbon inclusion and can provide reference for the practice of transportation carbon inclusion.
