摘 要:为提升高速公路对经济社会发展的服务水平,基于DEA-Malmquist指数模型动态测算了全国除西藏、港澳台以外的30个省(自治区、直辖市)高速公路网规模全要素生产率。利用DEA-Malmquist指数模型刻画了高速公路网规模全要素生产率(Total Factor Productivity,TFP)的动态变化,并将其细分为纯技术效率变化、规模效率变化和技术进步三方面,进而为探寻全要素生产率变化成因提供参考。结果表明,我国高速公路网规模全要素生产率总体保持较好发展态势,其中技术进步是全要素生产率增长的主要原因;考察期内几乎所有省(自治区、直辖区)全要素生产率均实现了不同程度的增长,全要素生产率均值为1.037,标准差为0.025;不同地区之间全要素生产率存在一定差异,考察期内西部地区全要素生产率均值最高,东部地区次之,中部和东北地区有较大提升空间。In order to improve the level of expressway service for socioeconomic development,the TFP(Total Factor Productivity)of expressway network scale in 30 provinces,municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions in China except Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan were dynamically calculated based on the DEA-Malmquist index model.Using the DEA-Malmquist index model,this paper described the dynamic change of TFP of expressway network scale,and subdivided it into three aspects:pure technical efficiency change,scale efficiency change and technological progress,so as to provide a reference for exploring the causes of TFP changes.The results showed that the TFP of expressway network scale in China maintained a good development trend in general,among which technological progress was the main reason for the growth of TFP.During the investigation period,TFP of almost all provinces,municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions increased to varying degrees,with the average TFP of 1.037 and the standard deviation of 0.025.There were certain differences in TFP between different regions.During the survey period,the average TFP in the western region was the highest,followed by the eastern region,and there was a large room for improvement in the central and northeast regions.
