摘  要:为充分挖掘高速公路联网收费数据的应用价值,对高速公路大数据架构及其关键技术应用开展研究。基于高速公路联网收费数据特征及业务特征,系统性构建了基于云边端协同的高速公路大数据平台总体架构,支撑数据的汇聚处理与分析应用,并研究实现了云边端服务资源的协同调度、多源全量实时数据的采集处理、基于三次数据融合的数据接入与治理、基于复杂图像特征识别的数据分析等关键技术。将以上成果在联网收费与运营管理、车辆识别与行为分析、交通运行监测分析等业务场景下进行应用实践,对于提升高速公路精准计费、运行监测、运营调度、科学决策和公众服务等能力具有积极作用。In order to fully explore the application value of expressway network toll data,the expressway big data architecture and its key technology application were studied.Based on the data characteristics and business characteristics of expressway network toll collection,this paper systematically constructed the overall architecture of expressway big data platform based on cloud edge collaboration,which supported the aggregation,processing and analysis of data,as well as studied and implemented the collaborative scheduling of cloud edge service resources,the collection and processing of multi-source full real-time data,data access and governance based on three times of data fusion,data analysis based on complex image feature recognition and other key technologies.The above architecture and technology have been applied in business scenarios such as online charging and operation management,vehicle identification and behavior analysis,and traffic operation monitoring and analysis,and have played a positive role in improving the accuracy of expressway charging,operation monitoring,operation scheduling,scientific decision-making and public service capabilities.
