摘 要:基于Style3D三维虚拟制衣软件,参考真实面料的悬垂性实验搭建虚拟悬垂实验环境并进行研究,对比两者悬垂差异从而验证皮革面料虚拟悬垂的可行性。利用XDP-1悬垂仪进行真实面料悬垂实验,获取真实面料悬垂图像;采用Style3D和3D MAX建立虚拟实验平台获取虚拟面料悬垂图像;通过MATLAB对真实和虚拟悬垂图像提取8个悬垂指标并进行对比研究。结果表明,真实与虚拟面料在波数和波峰幅值均匀度方面的渐进显著性在0.6以上,具有较高相关性;两者悬垂形状较为接近,但虚拟面料比真实面料的悬垂形态更均匀。Based on Style3D three-dimensional virtual garment software,the virtual drape experimental environment was constructed with reference to the drape experiment of the real fabric and studied,and the differences between the two drapes were compared to verify the feasibility of leather fabric drape.The XDP-1 drape tester instrument was used to perform a real fabric drape experiment to obtain a real fabric drape image.Style3D and 3D MAX were used to establish a virtual experiment platform to obtain the virtual fabric drape image.Eight drape indexes of real and virtual drape images were extracted and compared by MATLAB.The experimental results show that the progressive significance of real and virtual fabrics in terms of wavenumber and crest amplitude uniformity shows above 0.6,which has a high correlation.The dangling shape of the two fabrics is close,but the dangling shape of the virtual fabric is more uniform than that of the real fabric.
