摘  要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸系统常见疾病,其患病率和死亡率逐年上升。通过对慢阻肺反复急性发作的中医病因病机探究及慢阻肺反复急性发作与营卫二气关系的梳理,并从现代免疫机制的角度探讨营卫二气与免疫功能的关系,总结出营卫失调是慢阻肺反复急性发作的重要病机,论述调和营卫是符合现代免疫机制认识的治疗法则,以期为中医治疗慢阻肺反复急性发作提供新的临床诊疗思路。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common disease of the respiratory system,and its morbidity and mortality increase year by year.This article through to discuss that the cause of etiology and pathogenesis of recurrent acute episodes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the Yingwei theory and the relationship between recurrent acute episodes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the Yingwei theory,and discuss from the angle of modern immunological mechanism to find the relationship between the immunologic function and Yingwei theory.Summing up the Yingwei function disorder is important pathogenesis of recurrent acute episodes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Harmonizing Ying and Wei that is fit for the treatment of recurrent acute episodes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in modern immunologic mechanism treatment principle,which expected to a new clinical way for treatment of recurrent acute episodes of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
