基于脾主散精和精气浊化探讨代谢综合征的病机内涵

摘　　要：精气是维持机体物质性和功能性的基本物质,正常的精气生化是生命活动的基础。脏腑功能失调均可造成精气生化的异常,如脾主散精功能失调,则水谷精微不能正常转化为脏腑之精,最终导致精气的浊化。代谢综合征患者发生胰岛素抵抗和线粒体功能障碍是脾主散精功能失调的主要微观病理表现,因此脾主散精失调所导致的精气浊化是代谢综合征发病的一般中医病机内涵。The essence Qi is the basic substance to maintain the body’s physical and functional properties,physiological transformation and movement of essence Qi is the basis of vital movement.The dysfunction of Zang Fu organs can cause abnormal transformation and movement of essence Qi.The essence of water and food can not be transformed into the essence of Zang Fu organs because of dysfunction of spleen dispersing essence,that leads to the turbidity of essence Qi.Insulin resistance and mitochondrial dysfunction in patients with metabolic syndrome are the main pathological manifestations of the dysfunction of spleen dispersing essence in.Therefore,the turbidity essence Qi caused by the dysfunction of spleen dispersing essence is the general pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome.
